Mission of the Compliance Officer

To ensure honest, transparent, and responsible activities of the Institute, strengthening the trust of partners and society.

The Compliance Officer is a key element of the corporate governance system, responsible for ensuring that the Institute’s activities comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, internal policies, and ethical standards.

Main Functions of the Compliance Officer

Monitoring Compliance with Legislation and Internal Regulations

  • Monitoring changes in legislation and regulatory requirements;
  • Ensuring the implementation of updated standards in corporate procedures.
Development and Implementation of Compliance Programs
  • Preparing and updating the Code of Business Ethics, anti-corruption policy, personal data protection policy, and other internal documents.

Training and Consulting Employees

  • Conducting training sessions and information campaigns on compliance and ethical behavior;
  • Providing консультации to managers and employees on compliance matters..

Identification and Prevention of Violations

  • Conducting internal audits and assessing compliance risks;
  • Responding to reports and notifications of violations and ensuring protection of whistleblowers.

Reporting and Interaction with Management Bodies

  • Preparing regular reports for the Supervisory Board and the General Director;
  • Participating in the development of strategic initiatives to improve corporate governance.
