MEETING WITH HARVARD UNIVERSITY DELEGATES

On June 6, 2024, researchers of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the RK MHES CS Aizhan Moldagaliyeva and Kuanysh Sailau participated in the International Research Conference titled «The Historical Geography of Central Asia» organized by the Eurasian Research Institute (the Almaty branch of the Akhmet Yassawi University).

Vice Provost for International Affairs of Harvard University, Professor of Chinese and Inner Asian History Mark C. Elliott, PhD, participated as a special guest and presenter at the Conference.

Professor Elliott headed a delegation from Harvard University that participated in today’s discussion along with representatives of universities and research institutes of Almaty. The participants discussed key issues facing higher education and science.

The staff of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies noted the relevance and importance of expanding the partnership in research projects and the opportunities to participate in joint projects and events.
