– Currently, Mongolia is a unique example of a state striving for independent development, which is due to both external challenges and internal efforts to form a balanced socio-economic system. Being between two major powers – China and Russia – Mongolia is forced to maintain a fragile geopolitical balance, while striving to develop a true democratic model of governance, ensure the protection of human rights, private property and other fundamental freedoms.
