Education is the Foundation of the Future

On March 29, the speech of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev took place at the opening of the first session of the Parliament of the VIII convocation, in which the head of state outlined the current domestic processes and tasks, implementation of which is going to contribute to development of the country in all key areas: economic, political, social, cultural.

The President is confident that the main asset of the state is the people, so there is a priority need to improve human capital. The basis of such a process is education, and therefore special attention to this area is required, the result of which should be expressed not only in improving material and technical base of educational institutions, but, above all, in teaching staff.

A teacher, whose figure is of the highest importance both for an individual and society as a whole, must be upgraded in his social status and authority. It is also necessary to review the requirements for this profession, the head of state emphasizes that there are no rules adopted once and forever in this area.

Sharing the views of the President, we are convinced that quality education and knowledge as one of the highest values will form a progressive society and become a true guide on the path of positive transformation.
