On Thursday, February 27, 2025, a planned creative meeting was held in Almaty with the chief researcher of the Center for Political Studies of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Kadyrzhanov Rustem Kazakhbayevich. The topic of the discussion was "Philosophy in Kazakhstan: yesterday, today, tomorrow". During the creative meeting, key issues related to the development of Kazakh philosophical thought, its historical roots and current trends were discussed.

One of the central aspects of the discussion was the new guidelines of Kazakh philosophy and consciousness, as well as their evolution in the post-Soviet period. Special attention was paid to the philosophy of nomadic society, which is the foundation of the Kazakh mentality and defines many aspects of national identity.

The topic of Kazakh cinematography and its international recognition was also touched upon – the participants noted that there is a significant number of works dedicated to Kazakh cinema in the West, which confirms its cultural significance. The creative meeting ended with a lively discussion, during which the participants and organizers of the event discussed the prospects for the further development of philosophical thought in Kazakhstan.
