How Is Etiquette Changing in Kazakhstan, and What Could a Modern Code of Conduct Look Like?
In an article for Informburo.kz, political scientist and Head of the Center for Comparative Political Studies at the Institute for Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (IPhPR) Aidar Amrebayev shared his views on the transformation of everyday communication norms in Kazakhstan.

According to the expert, modern etiquette cannot simply be restored based on an old model. Society is changing, and with it, language, forms of communication, and social norms are evolving.

A. Amrebayev notes that the state can regulate official communication standards, professional relations, and diplomatic protocol. However, everyday etiquette is a more nuanced sphere that should develop through public discussion.
