Ruslan Izimov, Leading Research Fellow at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (IPhPR), contributed as an expert to an article by Kazakhstanskaya Pravda focusing on Kazakhstan’s role in the emerging architecture of Eurasia and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev’s initiatives within the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO).

In his commentary, the expert examined the prospects for developing the SCO as a platform for multilateral dialogue, the significance of the initiative to establish an SCO Development Bank, and the potential for cooperation among member states in the field of artificial intelligence.
