Digitalization is an uncontested megatrend of innovative transformations of socio-economic, political, scientific, educational, cultural spheres of public life in the modern era. The use of digital technologies is an essential component of the functioning of the society's life support system; a key resource for positive social dynamics; an important indicator of the quality level of social infrastructure; a determining factor in the transformation of the style and lifestyle of everyday life; an influential source of changes in the structure of value orientations and preferences of citizens of modern society.

The effectiveness of the use of digital platforms and technologies in the processes of comprehensive modernization of Kazakhstan's society will largely determine the prospects for the formation of an open, dynamically developing, prosperous society in Kazakhstan. Meanwhile, theoretical and practical problems of conceptual modeling, monitoring and management of digitalization processes have not yet been the subject of a comprehensive interdisciplinary analysis of domestic scientists. This circumstance determines the relevance and priority of the research program.
