On February 17, 2026, Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of Kazakhstan’s leading researcher of the Center for Religious Studies, Professor Bakytzhan Satershinov, received a congratulatory message on the occasion of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan.

The message was sent on behalf of the Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan, Supreme Mufti Nauryzbay Otpenov.

Taking into account the importance of religious values in both scientific and traditional knowledge, special attention is paid during this spiritual month to the development of civic partnership and scholarly dialogue.
