Vyacheslav Dodonov, Chief Research Fellow and economist at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, noted that the economic section of the President’s Address traditionally covers issues of national economic policy, entrepreneurship, investment, and the development of key sectors of the economy. Among the current priorities, the expert highlighted the stabilization of public finances and public debt management, as well as the continued development of digitalization and artificial intelligence.

Rustem Mustafin, Head of the Center for Digital Social Sciences, focused on the consistent development of reforms in recent years and emphasized the importance of strengthening the effectiveness of public institutions. Among the key areas, the expert also highlighted digital transformation, the development of artificial intelligence, societal value-based consolidation, and civic responsibility.
