Immunity to Threats: How Knowledge Protects Society
Awareness-raising activities on countering extremism and terrorism were conducted at Polyclinic No. 11 in Almaty.

The educational lecture was attended by 40 participants. The main purpose of the event was to provide public awareness on issues related to human rights and public health, which remain among the most pressing challenges of modern society.

The lecture was delivered by Nurmukhammad Meimankhoja, Research Fellow at the Center for Religious Studies of the Institute for Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies.

During the event, participants were given a detailed explanation of human rights legislation, its importance for society, and its relevance for every citizen. The lecturer also addressed the topic of vaccination, which continues to be widely discussed today.

Special attention was devoted to the provisions of the draft new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted through a nationwide referendum in 2026. In particular, Article 32 states that citizens have the right to health protection and are entitled to receive medical care as established by law. These provisions are directly related to issues of disease prevention, including vaccination.
