The Hero’s Name in the People’s Memory

 

On May 8, 2025, a scientific conference dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory was held in the city of Kyzylorda under the theme “The Hero’s Name in the People’s Memory.” At this event, the Director of the Philosophy Center of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science, and Religious Studies of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Serik Yesentayevich Nurmuratov, delivered a scientific report on the topic “The Role of Personality in History.” An interview was also given to the “Qogam TV” channel.
