The Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (IPhPR) and Ғылым ордасы have formalized their intention to develop a long-term partnership by signing a memorandum of cooperation. Alongside the memorandum, the parties approved a roadmap for joint work, outlining priority areas, forms of collaboration, and a schedule of practical activities for the near future.

A key focus of the cooperation will be the work of IPhPR researchers with the Central Scientific Library Funds of Ғылым ордасы. Under the roadmap, researchers will begin studying materials from the Rare Books and Manuscripts Fund, as well as preparing joint scientific projects, publications, and educational events.

Special attention will be given to:
• Developing academic exchange programs
• Organizing thematic seminars and presentations
• Expanding access to sources important for social and humanities research
• Preserving scientific and cultural heritage

This partnership aims to strengthen both research and public engagement in Kazakhstan’s academic and cultural spheres.
