On August 30, Kazakhstanis celebrated Constitution Day. Why is this holiday so important for all citizens of the country? Because the Constitution is the basic Law of the country by which it lives. The Constitution, as one of the most important institutions of democracy, is a set of legal norms that determine the work of the highest organs of the state, the order of their formation, their mutual relations and competence, as well as the fundamental position of the individual in relation to state power.
