On Thursday, February 13, 2025, a methodological seminar on "COP 26: Climate Change" was held at the Center for Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The speaker was G.S. Omarova, a leading researcher at the Center for Philosophy . During the seminar, key aspects of climate change and their impact on the environmental and socio-economic situation in the world were considered. Special attention was paid to the upcoming 2026 Climate Summit (COP 26), its main themes, proposed agenda and expected decisions.
