On April 23, 2025, an expanded meeting of the Council of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the founding of this unique institution, was held at the Palace of Peace and Accord in Astana. Over three decades, the Assembly, established as an advisory body to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has grown into an important socio-political platform where culture, history and the future of multinational Kazakhstan meet.

The anniversary meeting was attended by Assistant to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Internal Policy and Communications Arman Kyrykbayev, members of Parliament, leaders of ethnic and cultural associations and representatives of civil society. The discussion focused on the key principles of the Assembly: "Unity in diversity" and "We are different but equal," which are particularly relevant in the context of rapid global change.
