A true scientist, a wonderful person, and a patriot of the country.

 

With deep sorrow, we announce the passing of the distinguished Kazakhstani philosopher, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences (RANS) and the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts (PASA), Raushan Sultanovna Sartaeva.

She departed this life, leaving behind a rich scientific legacy in the fields of philosophy, science, and education. Her life was marked by tireless work, profound research, and sincere dedication to the cause of enlightenment. Raushan Sultanovna’s works made a significant contribution to the development of philosophical thought not only in Kazakhstan but also beyond its borders.

Graduating with honors from the Faculty of Biology of S.M. Kirov Kazakh State University in 1981, she continued her studies and became a recognized specialist in philosophy, the methodology of science, and international law. Her scientific interests spanned a wide range of disciplines: from modern ontology and information phenomena to issues of ecological development and the philosophy of robotics. Her works were distinguished by their depth and relevance.

Since 1981, Raushan Sultanovna dedicated herself to science and education. She worked at the Institute of Microbiology and Virology of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR, taught at Abai Kazakh Pedagogical Institute, and then served for many years at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science, and Religious Studies of the Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, advancing from junior to chief research fellow. She also held the position of Vice-Rector for Science at the Kazakh Institute of Law and International Relations (KILIR).

In 2010, she successfully defended her candidate dissertation on the topic "Philosophical Analysis of the Formation of Human Ecology," which became an important milestone in her scientific career. Her works gained international recognition, including at the XXIII and XXIV World Congresses of Philosophy held in Athens and Beijing.

For her achievements, Raushan Sultanovna was awarded numerous honors and titles, including the state badge "For Merits in the Development of Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan," honorary diplomas from the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan, as well as the International Ecological Award "Ecoworld-2019."

She was not only an outstanding scientist but also a wise mentor, sincerely devoted to her work. Her ideas, research, and guidance continue to inspire new generations of scholars.

We express our deepest condolences to the family, relatives, friends, and colleagues of Raushan Sultanovna. The bright memory of her will forever remain in our hearts.
