The philosophical understanding of the Constitution, the main law of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reveals it not only as the most important legal document with supreme legal force, but also as a value system that enshrines certain axiological guidelines in legal form.

The current Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted on 30 August 1995, defines a person, his life, rights, freedoms, health, educational and creative opportunities as priority values. Thus, the Constitutional law, which determines the course of development of the country and society, ensures the formation of a positive environment and conditions for development of the individual's inner creative potential. The law, by guaranteeing the individual right to self-expression and protection from discrimination, not only enables a person to satisfy his or her own creative needs, but also creates conditions for the progressive development of society as a whole - it is creative freedom that underlies the creation of new material and spiritual values.

The right to freedom of labour, free choice of occupation and profession, education and creativity, enshrined in the Constitution, contributes to the enrichment and expansion of cultural resources, innovative achievements in the scientific sphere, and the improvement of artistic practices, all of which contribute to social progress and well-being.
