On September 14, 2023, a roundtable on the topic "The Role and Importance of Religion in Building a Just Kazakhstan" was held at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Committee for Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The roundtable began with opening remarks from the advisor to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Malik Otarbayev, and the Director-General of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Committee for Science of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Serik Turarovich Seydumanov.

The event was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Center for Socio-Political Studies "Strategy," Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, and the Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak. Participants discussed effective programs for preventing current societal issues, collaborating with governmental and non-governmental organizations, and deliberated on the religious situation in contemporary society.
