Today’s era is one of knowledge and science. In this context, the inclusion of important provisions in the new draft Constitution related to the development of these fields in our country is a timely and necessary measure.

According to Ermek Toktarov, Deputy Director of IPhPR, the adoption of the new Constitution will be a significant development for science. He emphasized that science is recognized as a value in the preamble of the Constitution, and as a strategic priority in Article 3.

Additionally, Askar Shomanov, Chief Researcher at the Institute, noted that several important political events have taken place in the country since the beginning of the year, the most notable of which is the nationwide referendum on the adoption of the new draft Constitution.
