An informal but meaningful meeting between President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Chairman of the Khalk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, who arrived on a visit the day before, took place in Turkestan. The main part of the meeting was devoted to discussing key areas of cooperation. One of the priorities is cooperation in the energy sector.
