Ermek Toktarov, Deputy Director General for Strategic Development of IPhPR, participated online and delivered a presentation at a meeting of the Expert Club SARAP Expert Club on the topic “The Constitution and Quality of Life: How to Measure the Social Impact of Reforms?”

The event was organized by the Kazakhstan Institute of Public Development. During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of the social state principle, as well as methodological approaches and indicators that allow for an objective assessment of the impact of reforms on citizens’ quality of life.
