Junior Research Fellow, Senior Research Fellow, Leading Research Fellow, Chief Research Fellow of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (1992 - present).


Publications

Author of 7 individual and co-author of 72 collective monographs, the author of more than 540 scientific articles. He led and co-led 48 research projects. He participated in more than 270 scientific conferences in Kazakhstan and abroad: in Austria, Belarus, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Poland, Russia, Romania, France and other countries.


Public activities

Member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan (2003 - 2020). Currently, is an honorary member.

Member of the Scientific and Expert Council of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2013 - 2021).

Member of the Eurasian Analytical Consortium (Kazakhstan - Russia)

Member of the Editorial Board of the journal "Siberia Humanitarian" (Russia. Novosibirsk).
