1976-1981 - student of the Philosophical and Economic Faculty of the Kazakh State University named after S.M. Kirov, specializing in "Philosophy".

1985-1988 - postgraduate student of the Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay, specializing in "Philosophy".

1998-2000 - doctoral student of the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specializing in "Philosophy".

Work experience:

1981-1985 — Lecturer at the Kazakh Chemical-Technological Institute in Chimkent.

1988-1999 - held positions from junior research fellow to senior research fellow at the Institute of Philosophy and Law of the Academy of Sciences of the Kazakh SSR (since 1991 - the National Academy of Sciences of Kazakhstan).

2000-2012 - Head of the Department of Kazakh Philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan.

2012-2021 - Deputy Director of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Since 2021 - Director of the Center for Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. (Now the Center for World and Kazakh Philosophy of the KN MNVO RK)



Public activities

1. 1994- 1997 – Member and Chairman of the Trade Union Committee of the Institute of Philosophy of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan

2. 1996-2010 – Scientific Secretary of the Dissertation Council for the Defense of Doctoral Dissertations in Philosophy at the Institute of Philosophy of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. 1999-2025 – Member of the Editorial Board of the Institute’s journals “Adam Alemi” and “Al-Farabi”

4. 2016 – 2025 – Member and Chairman of the Audit Commission of the Kazakhstan Philosophical Congress.

5. 2019-2020 – Responsible for Ethics and Anti-Corruption Activities at the Institute.

6. 2019-2025 – Member of the Dissertation Council at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University for the Defense of Doctoral Dissertations in the Specialties of “Philosophy”, “Cultural Studies”, “Religious Studies”.
