Report about scientific business trip of Chief researcher, Professor Kosichenko A.G. to Moscow to participate in the XXIII International Christmas Educational Readings (January 21-23, 2015).

In January 21-23, 2015 Chief researcher, Professor Kosichenko A.G. was in scientific business trip to Moscow to participate in the XXIII International Christmas Educational Readings.

International Christmas Readings take place in Moscow every year on a regular basis. In 2015, the Readings were especially meaningful, involved more than 10 000 people, and 18 areas of work of Readings was made about 120 reports.

Professor Kosichenko A.G. made a presentation "Positive opportunities of Christianity in reducing threats and challenges of modernity" in the Readings direction "Tradition. Dialog. External relations "at the round table" Christian values as a factor of modern international relations", which held in the Church-wide graduate and doctoral studies named after Sts Apostles Cyril and Method. In the center of the report Kosichenko A.G. were implementation problems of immense possibilities of Christianity in the various spheres of life of the modern world. The report was met with great interest and, according to his concepts was held substantive discussion.

In general, round table participants discussed topics such as the relation of Christian values and human rights, ways of overcome the global ethical crisis, , the possibility of Christianity in opposition to the challenges of today, the terrorist attacks in Paris, the value of the Russian world. Some participants expressed the hope that a round table will take the format of a permanent expert platform, which will be held to discuss the place and importance of Christian landmarks in the development of the world community. At the closing session of the Readings, work of the round table was marked as one of the most interesting.

During a business trip, Kosichenko A.G. held several meetings with members of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate and with colleagues from the Institute of Philosophy RAS.

Foreign scientific training of Nazarbetova A.K., Chief Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religion Studies SC MES RK, was held in the Central Asia department of the Humboldt University of Berlin from March 1 to April 25, 2015.

Foreign scientific training of Nazarbetova A.K., Chief Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religion Studies SC MES RK, was held in the Central Asia department of the Humboldt University of Berlin from March 1 to April 25, 2015.

Internship at Humboldt University began with a visit to the Central Asian Department (Zentralasien-Seminar) of the Institute of Asian and African scientists. This department prepares specialists in Central Asia, where the study necessarily 2 languages of the region, including the Kazakh language. In Zentralasien-Seminar has a special department of Kazakhstan and the Kazakh language, also funded by the Embassy of Kazakhstan in Germany.

Directly she scientific training was held under the chaired by foreign consultant Dr. Beate Eschment.

The main research work was carried out at the State Library of Berlin (Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin) and Humboldt University Academic Library. Work in the libraries was aimed at complementing the scientific work of the new foreign literature on the subject of the dissertation research in the German language.

During the internship for Programme of PhD have been written 3 articles, including one article on the topic «Medienpolitik in Kasachstan: Trends und Herausforderungen» for the German magazine «Osteuropa» which having a non-zero impact factor in the database Scopus.

Also been conducted an interview with practicing journalist, expert of the organization "Reporters without Borders" Gemma Pёrtsgen, which provided valuable information about the work of the German media, journalists and the organization "Reporters without Borders", which determines the degree of freedom of expression in all countries.

In addition, A. Nazarbetova participated in the discussion platform on "Media system: the key to the explanation of the world» (Mediensysteme: Der Schlüssel zur Welterklärung), which held in Cologne on March 25, 2015, devoted to the discussion of the book «Lautsprecher und Widersprecher» (horns and Knockers), author Roger Bloom.

A useful and interesting was also participate in the presentation and discussion of the book «Aussenpolitik mit Autokratien» (foreign policy with autocracies), issued by the German Society for Foreign Policy. The presentation was held in Berlin April 16, 2015. During the event, experts and scholars discussed the political relations of Germany with the countries, which they rank as authoritarian regimes such as China, Russia, Syria and others.

In addition, A. Nazarbetova participated in a meeting on discussion of EXPO-2017, on the celebration of Nauryz, organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Federal Republic of Germany.

In the period from 08 June to 8 August 2015 the Department of Religious Studies researcher Bektenova M.K. passed research training at the Department of the History of Religion and Philosophy of Uludağ University (Bursa, Turkey).

From September 27 to November 28, 2015 the researcher of Department of Religion Studies Smagulov M.N. passed research training on Department of Political Science and International Relations at the Istanbul Commerce University (Istanbul, Turkey).

The Istanbul Commerce University is one of the first noncommercial private universities of Turkey, founded in 2001 by "Fund of a chamber of commerce of Istanbul, education and social development". The university includes 6 faculties, 3 research centers, professional school and preparatory office of English language. The Istanbul Commerce University is important educational institution in national and global scale. Today the number of its pupils exceeded more than 7000 and 300 teachers.

In the course of training meetings consultations with the foreign advisor, PhD, associate professor of international relations Ahmet Yuklein were held. During consultations work on structure of the thesis, basic provisions and methodology of writing of dissertation research is carried out, a number of offers and remarks concerning a subject and bibliographic component of research was received.

Volume work on studying of a library stock of the Islamic research center (ISAM) for the purpose of selection of necessary literature and sources for writing of the doctoral dissertation and researches within the project of Institute - "Models of Islamic education in postsecular society: Euroasian and European trends" is also carried out.

In the period from 25 to 28 October 2015 in Moscow Nazarbetova A.K., Chief Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religion Studies SC MES RK has participated in Forum of CIS scientists organized by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Federal Agency "Rossotrudnichestvo". The Forum brought together more than 300 representatives of scientific circles of Russia and the CIS countries.

The purpose of the Forum was to introduce modern tools of science and technology and getting feedback from the young scientists of Russia and CIS countries. The main objectives of the Forum - is to increase the level of information exchange, the establishment of interdisciplinary scientific relations within the Russian and the international scientific community, presentation and promotion of scientific research activities of young scientists.

The organizers of the event were the Executive Committee of the CIS, the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Federal Agency of scientific organizations, Russian Academy of Sciences, The Open University Skolkovo Council of Young Scientists of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Peoples' Friendship University, MISIS, Moscow Aviation Institute and other interested universities, research organizations and foundations of Russia.

On the first day of the Forum, 26 October plenary session with the participation of leaders and representatives of authoritative scientific organizations of the participating countries and "round tables" dedicated to the development of basic sciences, of Applied Sciences of scientific infrastructure, popularize science in the CIS countries, cooperation of young scientists of the CIS.

The second day of the Forum held on October 27 at the platform "Hypercube" of Innovation Center "Skolkovo" and was dedicated to innovative projects in various fields of science and technology.

On the third day of the Forum on October 28, to participants were given the opportunity to visit the research panels of MISIS, PFUR, Moscow Aviation Institute and other universities and research organizations.

The Forum of CIS scientists participated Nazarbetova A.K., Chief Scientific Secretary of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religion Studies SC MES RK and made a presentation on the theme "A new system of financing of scientific researches in Kazakhstan" at the round table "Scientific infrastructure".

Also within the Forum have been established business contacts with representatives of the scientific community of the CIS countries, there was an exchange opinions on the status and development of science in various countries, including the crucial issue of training young scientists.
