The head of State held talks with the French President in an expanded format

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Emmanuel Macron held talks in an expanded format with the participation of official delegations of the two states. The head of state noted that the first visit of the French President to Astana will give a new impetus to the development of bilateral relations and bring multilateral cooperation to a completely new level. - France is an important and reliable partner of Kazakhstan in the European Union. Last year, mutual trade increased by 30% to долларға 4 billion. For eight months of this year, the volume of bilateral trade increased by 21% compared to last year, that is, amounted to 2.7 billion dollars, the president said.
