On December 25, 2025, the Center for World and Kazakh Philosophy of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (IPhPR) hosted a working meeting with an international philosopher, Ayub Kerimov, a representative of the Azerbaijan Technical University.

During the meeting, participants discussed current directions in the development and reinterpretation of Turkic philosophical studies, outlined new scholarly ideas, and explored promising methodological approaches. Special attention was given to expanding international academic cooperation, including the implementation of joint research projects and the organization of academic events.

Substantive presentations were delivered by Chief Research Fellow, Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Associate Professor Gaukhar Barlybayeva, as well as Leading Research Fellow, Candidate of Philosophical Sciences Kuanysh Alzhan. Their contributions addressed key aspects of the discussed topics and set the direction for further scholarly dialogue.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the guest was presented with IPhPR academic publications reflecting contemporary research in Kazakh and world philosophical thought.
