It is necessary to overcome the negative trend of aging of scientific personnel In Kazakhstan, in recent years, we have faced a decline in the prestige of science, which has led to an outflow of personnel from scientific organizations. Young talented people have chosen other niches and life path strategies that are not related to science. As a result, we got a sharp aging of scientific personnel and, most sadly, a generational gap, the absence of a "golden mean".
