On June 5, 2026, Gaukhar Barlybayeva, Chief Research Fellow at the Center for World and Kazakh Philosophy of the Institute for Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, participated in two meetings of the Dissertation Council of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
As part of the Dissertation Council’s work, G.G. Barlybayeva served as an official reviewer of the doctoral dissertation by R.B. Zeynullin entitled “A Comparative Analysis of the Cultural Artifacts of the Kazakh and Nogai Peoples,” submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
In addition, G.G. Barlybayeva participated in a Dissertation Council meeting as a temporary member during the defense of the doctoral dissertation by A.N. Altaibayeva entitled “The Influence of the Turkic Worldview on the Formation of Political Values among Youth,” submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
