IPhPR Scholars Participate in the Dissertation Council Meeting at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University

On July 3, 2026, Chief Research Fellows of the Center for World and Kazakh Philosophy at the Institute for Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (IPhPR), Doctors of Philosophy Sagadat Nurmuratov, Gulnar Barlybayeva, and Asem Sagikyzy, took part in a meeting of the Dissertation Council at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

During the meeting, Serik Niyazbekov successfully defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “A Philosophical Analysis of Digital Alienation as a Sociocultural Phenomenon”, submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).

The participation of the Institute’s leading scholars in the work of the Dissertation Council contributes to the development of scientific cooperation, strengthens academic collaboration, and supports the maintenance of high standards in the training of highly qualified researchers in the field of philosophy.
