On September 19, 2023, a round table was held at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies on the topic “The Halal phenomenon and the formation of environmental consciousness in secular states.”
The purpose of the round table is to reveal the meaning of the “halal” phenomenon in the interdisciplinary discourse of multicultural secular Kazakhstan, its spiritual, moral, environmental, and rational meaning.
