On Friday, April 19, Yermek Toktarov, a leading researcher at the Center for Political Studies at the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, took part in an international scientific and practical conference of Young Scientists. The event was organized by the Caspian Public University. The conference was held within the framework of the annual Basinsk readings "Actual problems of private law". The conference was moderated by the Dean of the Higher School of Law "Adilet" of the Caspian Public University, Doctor of Law, Professor Svetlana Moroz.
