On May 20, 2025, the Center for Religious Studies of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies hosted a methodological seminar on "Tasks to improve the activities of the Center for Religious Studies", held as part of the fulfillment of the instructions of the Institute's leadership. The main purpose of the seminar is to improve the quality of the scientific, expert and educational activities of the Religious Studies Center, as well as to identify ways to develop it in accordance with modern requirements.

The event was attended by the main and leading researchers of the Institute. During the seminar, issues of improving methods of studying the religious situation, developing scientific responses to current challenges, as well as proposals to support state policy in the field of religion were discussed.

Following the results of the seminar, specific proposals were collected, on the basis of which a plan for further work will be formed.
