On December 12, 2024, in the Hall of the National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after N. Dauletova, the international scientific and theoretical conference "civilization of the Golden Horde: spiritual heritage and continuation of traditions" was held, organized by the Islamic Research Institute and the Institute of literature and art named after M. O. Auezov, dedicated to the 800th anniversary of the Ulus of Jochi and the declaration of this year by the spiritual administration of Muslims of Kazakhstan as the year of Islam and the value of traditions. The conference discussed the issues of the civilization of the Golden Horde, the spiritual heritage of the Ulus of Jochi, the continuity of religion and traditions of that era, spiritual values in modern society, etc.
