From December 9 to 13, 2025, Nurken Aitymbetov, Leading Research Fellow of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science, and Religious Studies (IPhPR), was on a research visit to the city of Aktau, Mangystau Region, within the framework of a fundamental scientific research project.

During the visit, a working meeting was held with colleagues from the Caspian University of Technology and Engineering named after Sh. Yessenov. The discussion focused on key areas of bilateral cooperation in the training of academic staff within doctoral programs, as well as on the implementation of joint research projects.

The meeting was attended by Asem Kulbayeva, Acting Head of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines and the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan; Medhat Musirov, Senior Lecturer; and Aibek Tugelbai, a young researcher and PhD student at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

Following the meeting, scholarly works by IPhPR researchers, prepared within the framework of ongoing research projects, were donated to the University’s library collection.
