New Directions in Domestic Policy: The President Signed a Decree
The President of Kazakhstan has signed a decree “On the Approval of the Fundamental Principles, Values, and Directions of Domestic Policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.”

At the heart of the document are transparency of governance, justice, and public trust. It outlines the key principles of the country’s domestic policy: “Law and Order,” “Listening State,” “Different Opinions – One Nation,” “Strong President – Influential Parliament – Accountable Government,” “Adal Azamat” (Honest Citizen), and “Taza Kazakhstan” (Clean Kazakhstan).

These principles reflect the state’s commitment to fairness, openness, and strengthening public confidence.

Aigul Sadvokassova, Director General of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan, noted:

“These ideas share a common goal — strengthening independence and developing our country. We are now living through a transitional period — a shift toward the digital sphere and the era of artificial intelligence, which the Head of State emphasized in his latest Address. Domestic policy is a vital component of state governance as it unites society and preserves national cohesion.”
