On Wednesday, December 6, 2023, Rustem Mustafin, Senior Researcher at the Center for Political Studies of the IFPR of the KN of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, took part in the Central Asian Expert Forum: "From Theory to Practice"

The event was organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the Kazakh-German University. The forum was attended by German experts of the Foundation and diplomats of the Consulate General of Germany in Almaty, employees of central government agencies, scientific and analytical centers and universities of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, business representatives.
