Recently, scientists have been acutely reacting to events and phenomena occurring in society. The facts of lawlessness, corruption and arbitrariness in society, motivation for crimes, increasing social tension among some of the population and the lack of care from some officials cause reasonable concern. But it is very sad that some citizens who once studied under the BOLASHAK program and who are close to government structures commit monstrous crimes or unscrupulous antisocial acts that are unjustified in front of the country and society.
