On December 9, 2025, employees of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies (IPhPR) took part in the XIX International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Right to a Decent Life: Socio-Economic and Cultural Aspects”, organized by the “Әділет” Higher School of Law at Caspian University.

Yermerk Toktarov, Deputy General Director for Strategic Development of IPhPR, delivered welcoming remarks to the conference participants. Researcher Aydana Serikbayeva presented a report titled “Social and Cultural Rights in the Era of Media Acceleration: Human Vulnerability and New Forms of Inequality.”

The conference was dedicated to the 100th anniversary of Doctor of Law, Professor A.T. Ashcheulov, and brought together leading scholars, experts, and practitioners to discuss pressing issues of human rights, social justice, and sustainable development.
