The final day of the 1st Summer School “From Social Theories to Manageable Data: Building Hybrid Competencies (Social Science * Digital * Policy)”, organized by the Institute for Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, focused on the practical application of research findings and their social impact.
As part of the thematic block “From Analysis to Social Impact: Research-Based Professional Technologies,” participants discussed current social and ideological challenges that require engagement with diverse target audiences, as well as approaches to identifying attitudes, stereotypes, information gaps, and channels of influence. Particular attention was devoted to the development of communication strategies and the translation of expert knowledge into language accessible to society.
The speakers of the final day included Almasbek Shagyrbay, Head of the Center for Religious Studies, and Nurmukhammad Meimankhoja, Research Fellow at the Center, who presented practical tools and case studies in the fields of research and public outreach.
The program concluded with a ceremonial presentation of certificates to participants of the 1st Summer School and letters of appreciation to the speakers who contributed to the implementation of the educational program.
It is worth noting that the 1st Summer School was held at the Institute from June 8 to 12, 2026. Over the course of five days, participants explored contemporary research methodologies, digital tools, the potential of artificial intelligence, research design, scientific communication, and the practical application of research outcomes.
