An International Scientific and Practical Conference titled “Evolution, Trends, and Prospects of the Political Culture of Civil Society: Kazakhstani and International Experience” was held at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The conference was dedicated to the 70th anniversary of Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Esenzhol Kaniuly Aliyarov.

Researchers from the Institute took part in the conference and delivered scholarly presentations. During the event, participants discussed pressing issues related to the development of civil society, the transformation of political culture, the evolution of public administration, and contemporary foreign policy processes.

As part of the conference program, a congratulatory address on behalf of the Director General and the staff of the Institute was presented.

The event also featured the presentation of the book “Өмір жолы – The Road of Life”, dedicated to the life path and academic activity of the юбиляр. The publication includes recollections by colleagues, students, and close associates, reflecting the scholar’s contribution to the development of political science.

The conference served as an important platform for professional dialogue and the exchange of academic experience between Kazakhstani and international researchers.
