The document approved by the Head of State defines the core values and directions of the country’s domestic policy. It demonstrates the continuity of state policy. Both government bodies and civil society are expected to take part in its implementation.

This opinion was expressed by Aigul Sadvokassova, Director General of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies.

“The document demonstrates clear and transparent principles of interaction between society and the state. It provides answers to important questions — where we are heading and what we are doing. This is especially significant for young people. At the heart of the document lies the concept of an ‘Honest Citizen’ as a key value. An honest citizen is not a product of coercion or restrictions, but something shaped through education,” she emphasized.
