As part of the state social order of the Department for Religious Affairs of the Zhetysu Region, Almasbek Shagy rbay, Director of the Center for Religious Studies of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, conducted a series of meetings in the Panfilov District aimed at carrying out awareness and explanatory work.

During the meetings, participants received detailed explanations on the importance of religious literacy, the problem of gambling addiction, methods of distinguishing religious literature based on expert assessments, the importance of obtaining religious information only from official sources, as well as the signs of destructive religious movements.

Additionally, the discussions covered the religious-philosophical, literary, and linguistic heritage of traditional Sufi teachings in Kazakhstan and the importance of national values.

The meetings were attended by military personnel, youth, school students, and college students.
