The dreams of our ancestors, who strove for Independence, came true, and the Republic of Kazakhstan gained its independence in 1991. More than thirty years have passed since then, “thirty years” means more than a quarter of a century. So, citizens born in the year of Independence are now over 30 years old. It is relatively early to ask about achievements in life in 30 years, but in 30 years the country has changed dramatically - which can be judged by retelling the achievements over the years of the country’s sovereignty.
