On Thursday, January 18, 2024, Nysanbek Ules Madiyaruly, Deputy Director General of the Institute of Philosophy, Political Science and Religious Studies, took part in a round table meeting "Kazakhstan and Central Asia in modern international relations: geopolitics and security".

The initiators of the round table - the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Faculty of International Relations of KazNU organized a plenary session of the scientific event at the site of the al-Farabi Kazakh National University, dedicating it to the memory of a bright diplomat and scientist, Doctor of Political Sciences M.T. Laumulin.
